Madame Green's Restaurant in Hua Hin is very famous. The Seafood served at the restaurant is simply superb. Seating is basic but this place get packed out in particular at weekends. Madame Green's Restaurant is located on the beach at Khao Takiab. If you want a table and have the view over the sea get there early. Go for simple deep-fried sea bass with fish sauce, soft shell crab with garlic, fried squid with salted egg and or-suan.
