Senior Pol, Lieutenant Colonel Somsak Nuengoun gave a speech. He said that that while Pol Colonel Jittiwuth has been with Hua Hin Police for almost three months, he has always surveyed all neighborhoods in Hua Hin until all Hua Hin residents knew him very well. There were four killing cases during that time. The policemen who have investigated theses cases have made arrests immediately in three cases. So far in one case the killer has not been arrested, but the police know the killer's name already. The killer will be arrested in the very near future. Lieutenant Colonel Somsak said that Pol Colonel Jittiwuth was known by Thai and foreign residents living in Hua Hin. Sometimes at night some Thai bands played music so loud, that foreigners would phone 191 to alert the police station. Pol .Colonel Jittiwuth would go to the foreigners compound to find out what was the problem. He has always tried to compromise in this kind of situations. Hua Hin residents are sad to loose such a good police commander. Pol Colonel Jittiwuth said he has been transferred from Hua Hin to Prachuapkhirikhan Province, only 92 kms south. When he will have time he will come to visit police colleagues in Hua Hin. He will always remember his colleagues with whom he has worked here in Hua Hin. Unfortunately there are times when order comes and it is time to move to another place. This was great farewell party and everybody has wished Pol Colonel Jittiwuth good luck in his new work place.

On Sunday 03 February 2008 at 07.00 pm at Hi-pieng Restaurant Hua Hin police officers have arranged a farewell party for Police Colonel Jittiwuth Petpisetsak who was the Chief Commander of the Hua Hin Police Station. The party has been arranged as a friendship party and all the policemen and policewomen have participated.
