Hua Hin is famous for a source of sea shells. Hua Hin Market Village in cooperation with Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Hua Hin Municipality, Bangkok Shells Museum, leading hotels and resorts in Hua Hin organize in July “Shell Eating Festival”.

During Shell Eating Festival shells food prepared by local chefs is on sale with special price. On sale are also fashion and decorative items made of shells. This festival is expected to promote domestic tourism and shell lovers (food / ornaments / decoration) should not miss this event.
