Apartment rates

  • Price for the apartment's rent and availability is provided on request send to the above email address or on request posted in the above inquiry form. Please ask either for daily, weekly, monthly or long term rent rates. Price gets lower the longer you rent the apartment. The quoted price is fully inclusive and includes service charge, water, electricity and twice a week cleaning.

Facilities of the resort and the apartment

  • FREE - Swimming-pool with jacuzies, tennis courts, fitness room
  • Twice a weeks maid service free. Additional maid service (paid at the resort price per time THB200)
  • Squash court is THB120 / hour (for the halogen light)
  • Thai massage and body care (recomended by Baan Chaitalay Resort - for the price contact the service provider)
  • Room service (paid at the resort price per dish is approximately THB50-THB80)
  • Cheap laundry service (paid at the resort)
