Since 2024 Hua Hin Vintage Car Rally is organized annually in December. The Tourism Authority of Thailand, hoteliers, and the Vintage Car Club of Thailand organize the event.

Every year more than 60 antique and classic cars take the captivating 225-kilometres journey from Sofitel Central Plaza, Bangkok, starting early in the morning and head for Sofitel Central Hua Hin Resort.

The following day the cars parade around the coastal resort town in the morning. The starting point is always Sofitel Central Hua Hin Resort from where they drive to the railway station, Klai Kangwon Palace and back to the hotel.

A charity gala dinner, themed "Back to the '20s" takes place the same evening, followed by dressing competition involving costumes from that era, games and award presentation.
